This Privacy Policy describes how Calcumed (“the App”) handles your information.

Calcumed is designed to prioritize user privacy.

• Personal Data: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data.
• Health Data: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any Health-related data. Any health-related inputs provided by the user are processed locally on the device and are not shared or stored externally.
• Usage Data: The App does not use third-party analytics (like Firebase or Google Analytics). All calculations are performed locally on your device.
• Technical Setup: As a web-based application encapsulated via Capacitor, the App runs as a local static site. No data is sent to external servers during its operation.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

Calcumed does not store or retain any user data, including personal or health-related information. All data entered into the app is processed locally on the user’s device and is not saved after the session ends. Since no data is collected or stored by the app, no user data needs to be deleted. Users can simply stop using the app or uninstall it to remove all associated data.

3. Permissions

The App requires no special permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, or storage) to function. If any standard web permissions are requested by the underlying system, they are not used to collect user data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not contain advertisements, social media plugins, or other third-party services that could track your activity.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Calcumed is a tool intended for educational and clinical support purposes for healthcare professionals.

• The results provided by the calculators are based on clinical formulas but should not replace professional medical judgment.
• We do not store any patient data entered into the calculators. Once the App is closed or the page is refreshed, all entered values are cleared.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
